A Hopkinsville man was charged with fleeing from law enforcement after a traffic stop on Fort Campbell Boulevard Friday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they attempted to stop an SUV driven by 29-year-old Tyler Gernon for an improper turn on Fort Campbell Boulevard and he fled.
The pursuit reportedly came to an end after he stopped the vehicle near North Michael Street and parked it in a field behind some brush.
Gernon was arrested and charged with reckless driving, second-degree fleeing or evading police, and improper turning.
