The two men running for election to the Hopkinsville City Council Ward 7 seat are no strangers to the community. The May Republican Primary will see retired Police Chief Clayton Sumner and business owner Mark Graham vying for votes.
Monday night, during the second night of League of Women Voters forums, the two were asked about recent ethics concerns and how the situation should be handled. Sumner says an ethics violation is not acceptable at any level.
