A Hopkinsville man was charged with fleeing the area after a wreck on North Drive Sunday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say an SUV driven by 19-year-old Rigoberto Ycalcol hit the Sunoco Gas Station building and then drove off.
The SUV was reportedly located on South Kentucky Avenue and Ycalcol along with a second man who was in the vehicle were hiding in a closet inside the home.
Ycalcol was arrested and charged with no operator’s license, leaving the scene of an accident, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, first-degree criminal mischief, and resisting arrest.
