A Wisconsin man was charged with receiving stolen property after he was reportedly found in possession of a stolen trailer Monday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say city cameras alerted them of a stolen semi-trailer in the area of East 9th Street and it was found in the Hucks parking lot with the truck driver 40-year-old Dennis Bowen walking into the gas station.
The trailer was reportedly loaded with parts that were headed to Metalsa.
Police say Bowen claimed he paid $500 to someone named Ben to use the trailer. Bowen was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property.
