Man Charged After Fleeing From Police

A man was charged with fleeing from law enforcement after he was allegedly heard yelling vulgar language in the City Hall parking lot Tuesday afternoon.

Hopkinsville Police say they attempted to stop 45-year-old Russell Miller who was yelling vulgar language and he fled on foot.

After being arrested, he reportedly made threats to assault the police officer. He is charged with second-degree fleeing or evading police, third-degree terroristic threatening, and second-degree disorderly conduct.
