A Hopkinsville man was charged with indecent exposure after he allegedly urinated next to the police department building Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 49-year-old Paul Harris was seen by a public safety officer urinating next to the Hopkinsville Police Department building and stumbling around the parking lot.
Harris was located in the area by police and was arrested and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and second-degree indecent exposure.
