A four-vehicle wreck on Pennyrile Parkway sent two people to the hospital Friday afternoon.
Kentucky State Police say four northbound vehicles collided at the 26 mile marker due to traffic that was stopped from a tractor-trailer fire three miles ahead of the crash scene.
The crash caused one SUV to overturn coming to a rest on the passenger side next to the guard rail.
Two people in one of the vehicles were treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Baptist Health in Madisonville for injuries.
