Pauline Kane, age 84, of Cadiz, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2024, at Barkley Plantation in Cadiz.
Born September 26, 1939, in Lowell, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Anna (Parent) Damboise.
Pauline retired with 25 years of dedicated service as a secretary to the Broward County Sheriff’s Department in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Pauline’s love for life was evident in her many interests and hobbies. She was an avid cook, loved to sing, tend to her plants, and found joy in painting floral photos. Most of all she loved her role as Mémère to her grandchildren, and she embraced every moment spent with them.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, two sisters, and her son, Michael Bujnowski.
She is survived by her daughter, Christie Roberts (Shane) of Cadiz, and her grandchildren, Amy Roberts and Jack Roberts.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
Goodwin Funeral Home in Cadiz is in care of arrangements.
