Christian County is recognizing the contributions of Asians and Pacific Islanders this month. Hopkinsville Mayor JR Knight joined Christian County Judge Executive Jerry Gilliam in proclaming AAPI Heritage Month.
Judge Gilliam says all residents are encouraged to join in thanking and honoring native Asians and Pacific Islanders.
The proclamation was presented to members of the Hopkinsville Human Rights Commission.
