A man was flown to a Nashville hospital after he was injured at a construction site on Crenshaw Boulevard that connects to Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville emergency personnel say an 18-year-old man was pinned between a beam and a lift while working at a construction site.
He was flown to Skyline Medical Center with severe injuries.
