Trigg County resident Terry Hamby, who serves as Chairman of the World War I Memorial Commission, joined First Lady Dr. Jill Biden to introduce the soon to be completed World War I Memorial that is near the east gate of the White House in Washington, DC.
The First Lady said the World War I Memorial is dedicated to a generation of American soldiers who changed the world.
