A woman was flown to the hospital after a single-vehicle wreck on Julien Road in Christian County at the Trigg County line Friday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say the SUV was westbound when it ran off the road as the driver swerved to miss a deer.
The SUV reportedly hit a drainage ditch causing it to go airborne before coming to a stop in a yard.
The driver of the SUV was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to an awaiting helicopter that flew her to a Nashville hospital.
