A Celebration of Life for 64-year-old Scott Key, of Cadiz, will be held at a later date.
Goodwin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include:
Son, Chris Key (Lauren), of Germantown, Tennessee;
Sister, Sherri Winter, of Hopkinsville;
Sister-in-law, Genee Grace “G.G.” Moore, of Cadiz;
One grandson, Quinlan Key;
Three nephews, Brandon Winter, Corey Winter and Dawson Moore;
And one great nephew, Elijah Alan Winter.
Key died 10:09 PM, Saturday, June 1, 2024.
Born September 28, 1959, in Cuyahoga, Ohio, he was the son of late Danny and Beverly (Warren) Key.
He spent his career as a skilled contract welder. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and spending time with his beloved grandson and nephews. He was a good friend to many, always willing to help a friend in need with no expectations of a favor returned.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Elizabeth (Moore) Key, and a brother, Clifton Key.
