On Monday night, a man was charged with burglary on West 15th Street in Hopkinsville.
Hopkinsville Police say they responded to an alarm at Seay Oil Company and found 29-year-old Robert King who had no shoes on and claimed he was there to work on a vehicle.
After contacting the owner, King reportedly admitted to waking up inside one of the vehicles, finding some keys, and entering the building where he took a bottle of water and a soda.
He was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary and public intoxication.
