Roberta Solomon, age 74, of Hopkinsville, passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center. Graveside services will be at Tabernacle Cemetery on Monday, June 17, 2024, at 1:00 PM with burial to follow. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.
Mrs. Solomon was born on April 15, 1950, in Fairview, KY, the daughter of the late James W. and Clara B. Jones Russell. Roberta worked for the Christian County School Systems. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charley W. Solomon; her brother, James Russell; her sisters, Patrica Lucille Russell and Lorene Wilson.
Survivors include her friend, Lacy Bagwell of Hopkinsville; and several nieces and nephews.
