A Hopkinsville woman was charged after she allegedly fled from law enforcement on Pennyrile Parkway Friday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they attempted to stop 26-year-old Sabrina Coleman for not having a registration plate and she turned off onto Lovers Lane and then Conference Center Drive while driving recklessly with people in the parking lot.
She reportedly tried to run on foot but lost her flip-flop and was taken into custody. She is charged with operating on a suspended or revoked license, no registration plates, failure to produce an insurance card, first and second-degree fleeing or evading police.
