A Christian County man was charged with possession of drugs during a traffic stop on Crescent Street Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they stopped a vehicle after the driver 26-year-old Ian Livingston failed to come to a complete stop at a stop sign and during the traffic stop a law enforcement K9 alerted to drugs being in the vehicle. After a search, police say two glass pipes and meth were found.
A passenger in the vehicle, 28-year-old Maurice Catlett was arrested and charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
Livingston was cited to court on charges of failure to wear a seat belt, disregarding a stop sign, no operators license, and failure to produce an insurance card.
A third person in the car, 23-year-old Tia Eagen was also arrested on active warrants for failure to appear and non-payment of fines.
