Norman “Trent” Mitchell, age 32 of New Bethlehem, Pa., passed away Saturday morning, June 22, 2024, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Monroe Township, Clarion County.
Born September 27, 1991, in Murray, Kentucky, he was the son of Theresa Dehart and Steve Mitchell.
He was self-employed and enjoyed scrapping, hunting, fishing, antiquing, and spending time with his girls.
Survivors include his parents; daughters: Kloe Mitchell, Callie Mitchell, and Haislynn Mitchell; brothers: James (Carole) Mitchell of Summerville, Jonathan McCoy (Amanda) and Kenneth McCoy (Tuesday), both of Kentucky, and Joseph McCoy (Angel) of New Bethlehem, and several nieces and nephews.
Trent is also survived by his fiancé, Chelsea Clinger of New Bethlehem; her mother, Lori Clinger; step-father, Carl Lutz; brothers, Christian Clinger; sisters, Haley Clinger and Hannah Beach and husband Austin Beach and brother, Connor Beach, and step-brothers, Lucas and Troy Lutz, both of Kittanning.
He was preceded in death by two stillborn children, Levi and Isabella Mitchell, and his grandfathers, James Mitchell and Kenneth Holloway.
Family and friends will be received from 2-4 p.m. Thursday, June 27, 2024, at the Cornerstone Church of God, 129 Pine Street, Fairmount City.
Funeral services will follow at 4 p.m. in the church.
