A new month means more activities scheduled for seniors at the Trigg County Senior Citizens Center.
Facility Assistant Sandy Ebbinger told Your News Edge there is always something going on at the center.
Ebbinger added each weekday they are open, there are activities planned to get everyone involved.
As you get older, staying active remains a top priority, and Ebbinger shared they offer various exercises that people of any older stage of life can participate in.
For a complete calendar of events and updates on programming, follow the Trigg County Senior Citizens Center Facebook page. The center will be closed Thursday for the 4th of July holiday but otherwise maintains a schedule of operation weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
