St. Elmo Homemaker Picnic Set For July 18th At Glass Farm

A historic picnic and social event returns to the St. Elmo Community in south Christian County on Thursday, July 18th.

St. Elmo Homemakers President Kathleen Carter said the picnic will help fund efforts to restore and preserve the St. Elmo clubhouse, which is one of two historic one-room schoolhouses in Christian County.

Tickets for the picnic can be purchased at the event or in advance at the Hopkinsville-Christian County Welcome Center at Trail of Tears Park on Pembroke Road or from any member of the St. Elmo Homemakers Club.
