Funeral services for 72-year-old Wanda Daniel McCord, of Christian County, will be 1 PM Wednesday, July 17, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
Visitation will be from 11 AM until the funeral hour.
Survivors include:
Her daughters, Marcy Jordan and her husband, Scott, and Wendy Edwards, and her husband, Brad, both of Christian County;
Her sisters, Janice Goodwin and her husband, Hermon, and Carol Daniel, both of Cadiz;
Five grandchildren: Ashley Parker, Elizabeth Gernon, Michael Duvall, Hannah Stamps, and Will Jordan;
And seven great-grandchildren: Kolton Parker, Sophia Gernon, Logan Parker, Laythan Gernon, Livia Gernon, Jemma Duvall, and OakLee Hartwig.
Mr. Danny “Moose” McCord and Pastor Aldin Parker are officiating.
She was born September 24, 1951, in Christian County, the daughter of late James Kenneth and Birttie Jane Steele Daniel.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of Kelly Holiness Church and attended Living Spirit Worship Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Brother Wendell “Birdie” McCord in 2014.
