A child was injured in a horse and buggy accident on Pembroke Oak Grove Road Saturday morning.
Christian County emergency personnel say a 2-year-old fell out of the buggy and was run over by the horse and buggy on private property.
The child was taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Pembroke Elementary School to be flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
The full extent of the injuries was unknown.
