A wreck on West 9th Street in Hopkinsville sent a Princeton man to the hospital Friday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say an SUV driven by 51-year-old Johnny Scott was eastbound when he suffered a medical issue causing the vehicle to run off the road and hit a utility pole.
Scott was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries
