A Hopkinsville woman was charged with possession of drugs after she was found unresponsive in a parking lot on East 6th Street in Hopkinsville Friday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they found 43-year-old Kesha Oliver unresponsive in a parking lot and as she was being transported to the hospital she exited the ambulance damaging a blood pressure cuff.
She was located and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, public intoxication, and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified).
