A woman wanted in connection to a fatal hit-and-run crash involving a bicyclist in Pensacola, Florida, has been arrested in Oak Grove Tuesday.
Oak Grove Police say 41-year-old Jessica Hendrickson was located at exit 86 on Interstate 24 after cameras alerted on her tag and she was taken into custody in connection to a hit-and-run crash with a bicyclist.
According to ABC WEAR News in Pensacola Hendrickson hit a bicycle driven by Navy veteran 61-year-old Jeff Nichols on Sorrento Road killing him before fleeing the area on June 10th, 2023.
Nichols was face timing with his daughter at the time of the crash according to ABC WEAR News.
Hendrickson is lodged in the Christian County Jail on the charge of being a fugitive from another state
