The use of computers and other state-of-the-art office equipment is a daily requirement to complete necessary correspondence, forms, and reports. The use of a presentation software program to create graphs, charts, and visual products for presentations and/or reports may be required. The ability to use spreadsheet software to prepare and/or present data in various formats is sometimes required. File creation and maintenance is an important aspect of this position. Requires an accredited High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the clerical field or equivalent training. The ability to accurately transcribe recorded minutes and/or dictation into typed reports is required. M-F 6:00am-2:30p shift schedule. Some Saturdays required. Pay rate is based on experience and position has progressively higher levels of responsibility with additional pay increases included.
