A Cadiz man was charged with wanton endangerment after an altercation at his house on Grays Shady Lane in Trigg County Saturday morning.
Trigg County Sheriff Aaron Acree says 54-year-old Michael Roysden got into an argument with someone over changing the locks on the home and pulled a gun to their head and threatened to shoot them.
The serial number on the gun was reportedly removed and he claimed He had just purchased the gun from his nephew 3 months ago.
Acree says Roysden had the odor of alcohol on his breath and admitted to drinking five beers before they arrived.
He was arrested and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, alcohol intoxication in a public place, and possession of a defaced firearm.
