A celebration of life for 58-year-old Charlie Roland of Hopkinsville will be held at a later date.

Charlie Roland, 58, of Hopkinsville, KY died at 9:43 p.m. Friday, July 19, 2024 at the Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson, KY.
A native of Covington, KY he was born October 13, 1965 the son of the late Thurman Edward Roland and Myrtle Jean Kidd Roland. He was a butcher and a member of the Apostolic Faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Wendy Ellis Roland; and his son: Charles Brock Roland.
Survivors include his children: Michelle (Wesley) Campbell, Timothy (Courtney) Roland, Rebecca (David) Solivan, and Phillip (Becca) Roland all of Hopkinsville, KY; his brother: David E. (Kelly) Roland of Morgantown, KY; his sister: Theresa Lynn Roland of Tollesboro, KY; thirteen grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
