The University Heights Academy Lady Blazers opened the 2024 golf season with a strong showing at the Daviess County Invitational.
Conlee Lindsey shot a 2-over par 74 to finish in a tie for third place at the Pearl Club in Owensboro. Daviess County’s Claire Reynolds took medalist honors with a 2-under 70.
Allie Sandifer continued her improvement from last year by shooting a 43 on both sides to finish with an 86.
Campbell Lindsey shot a 98, and Caroline Tucker finished with a 113.
South Warren edged Bowling Green to take the team title. UHA finished in sixth place with a score of 371.
