A traffic stop on Rockcastle Road in Trigg County led to drug charges for a Cadiz man on July 15th.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say they stopped a vehicle driven by Donald Compher after he was seen having trouble maintaining his lane.
During the stop, deputies could reportedly smell the odor of alcohol and asked for consent to search the vehicle and the passenger side of the vehicle where 44-year-old Jesus Torres was seated a glass pipe with suspected meth was found.
Deputies say Torres would not provide identifying information and was very uncooperative.
Torres was arrested and charged with obstructing governmental operations and possession of meth.
