Funeral services for 65-year-old Debbie Freeland, of Pembroke and Hopkinsville, will be 2 PM Friday at Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Hopkinsville.
Burial will follow in the Rosedale Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-8 PM Thursday.
Survivors include:
Her mother, Katie (Harvey) Gee, of Fairview;
Her daughter, Ginger Sims, of Fairview;
Her brother, Steve (Sung) Freeland, of Vermont;
And her granddaughter, McKalee Sims.
Brother Terry Joiner is officiating.
She died at 12:29 a.m. on Sunday, July 21, 2024, at Baptist Health Deaconess Hospital in Madisonville.
A native of Galveston, Texas, she was born August 30, 1958, the daughter of Gee and the late Edward Freeland.
She had worked as a teacher for the Christian County Public School System. She was a member of Eastview Baptist Church.
