A Hopkinsville woman was charged with indecent exposure on Bryan Street Monday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 31-year-old Raquel Brown was not wearing pants or undergarments and was destroying potted plants while performing an indecent act in the front yard of a home.
She was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, first-degree indecent exposure, and second-degree disorderly conduct.
