Peck Out As F&M Bank CEO

After serving as CEO for seven months, F&M Bank confirmed Friday that John Peck will no longer serve in the role.

The bank told Clarksville Now that Peck was removed from the position. Former Chief Financial Officer DeWayne Olive has been named CEO, while John Wallace Jr. will serve as president.

No reason as to why Peck was removed was provided.

Peck told Clarksville Now, “F&M Bank has a lot of things they’re doing and working on right now, and I wish them all the best.”

Peck was named CEO in January, after serving as Executive Vice President since May 2021. Previously, he served as Market President for First Financial Bank for nearly two years and President/CEO of Heritage Bank for 19 years.

F&M Bank announced its Hopkinsville banking branch in mid-2021, the only full-service location in Kentucky. The bank also operates a Loan Production Office in Bowling Green and 19 locations in middle Tennessee.
