A Hopkinsville man was arrested on a warrant Wednesday morning after he allegedly assaulted his mother-in-law on July 16th.
Hopkinsville Police say 32-year-old James Overton was intoxicated and assaulted his mother-in-law who has custody of his children causing her to fall and break her collarbone.
Overton was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
