A Cadiz man was charged with drug possession after a report of a disturbance on Cunningham Avenue Friday afternoon.
Cadiz Police say they were called for 33-year-old Joshua Adams who was yelling at his sister and found him under the influence of some kind of substance.
When he handed officers his wallet a bag of meth was reportedly found inside it.
He was arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of meth.
