Two Arrested On Drug Charges At Hopkinsville Gas Station

A Hopkinsville man and woman were arrested on drug charges after a request to check their welfare at the gas station on Fort Campbell Boulevard Saturday afternoon.

Hopkinsville Police say they went to the gas station for a request to check the welfare of 19-year-old Bethany Knight and after a search of her vehicle, 13 grams of fentanyl were located along with a razor and plastic baggies.

In a separate incident at the same gas station, police say 29-year-old Jordan Hill was also checked on before he was arrested on a warrant and found to have a bag of a white crystal substance in his pocket.

Hill was taken to the hospital after being arrested and started yelling profanities while at the hospital.

Hill is charged with public intoxication, possession of meth, and second-degree disorderly conduct. Knight was also arrested and charged with trafficking fentanyl.
