A Tennessee man was charged after he reportedly assaulted a woman and held her against her will on Mandarin Drive in Oak Grove Wednesday morning.
Oak Grove Police say they were called to the home for 26-year-old Andrew Willouhby who assaulted, choked, and threatened to kill a woman and himself during an argument.
He then reportedly forced the woman into a vehicle as she was trying to get her phone but was stopped by a neighbor who intervened giving time for law enforcement to arrive.
Willouhby was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault, kidnapping, and first-degree strangulation (domestic violence related).
