Jerry Edward Henson, 60, of Hopkinsville, KY died at 7:32 a.m. Saturday, August 10, 2024, at his residence.
No services will be held. Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Hopkinsville is assisting with the arrangements.
A native of Pembroke, KY he was born July 15, 1964, the son of the late Jesse Henson and Della Jordan Henson. He worked at Walmart Supercenter as a meat department associate for 28 years. He was an active volunteer for the Trail of Tears Heritage Park.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother: Mike Henson; and his sisters: Sheila Riggins, Theresa Henson, and Terri Pierce.
Survivors include his wife: Kelly Gentry Henson of Hopkinsville; his step-children: Maverick (Pamela) Adkins and Amy Wilcher (Tim Moss) all of Hopkinsville, KY; his sisters: Peggy Bordeleau of Fountain, FL and Rita Henson of Cerulean, KY; his four grandchildren: Jessie, Cheyenne, Phalen and Ashwin.
