A Muhlenberg County native with a top 40 hit on country radio is returning home this weekend for a free hometown show.
Curb Records recording artist Kelsey Hart, who grew up in Central City, will take to the stage Saturday night.
Hart, who has been on a wild ride in the last year, debuted on the Grand Ole Opry stage in late June. He has also released a song dedicated to his wife, Auminee, as his first single to country radio.
A year later, when the couple was engaged they decided the song should be played at their wedding.
“Life With You” has been streamed millions of times and became a viral hit on TikTok. When not writing songs that he would record, Hart has written songs for Jake Owen and Dylan Scott.
