A body that was found between a business and a graveyard on North Main Street in Hopkinsville Friday night was identified Saturday afternoon
Hopkinsville Police say the body of 53-year-old Trevor Scales was located behind a business and by the Riverside Cemetery.
Christian County Coroner Scott Daniel says Scales was sent for an autopsy which will help determine the cause of death.
His body was located by someone in the area who called for law enforcement around 8 p.m.
Daniel says Scales had been deceased for several days.
His name was released by the Christian County Coroner’s office after his family in Murfreesboro, Tennessee were notified.
