A Hopkinsville man was charged after he reportedly assaulted a man at Christian County Manor Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called for 28-year-old Timothy Jenkins who was yelling, slamming doors, and hitting walls.
While they were responding he reportedly got into a fight with a man, hitting, kicking, punching, and choking him before hitting him with a blood pressure machine multiple times.
Police say he also threatened the staff with bodily harm before he was arrested and charged with third-degree terroristic threatening, second-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, and second-degree disorderly conduct.
