Money from an insurance policy was reported stolen in Hopkinsville Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say someone forged a woman’s name on insurance documents and an insurance check taking $7,338.
No arrest has been made but the report lists the charges as third and second-degree forgery and theft by deception.
