A traffic stop on South Main Street in Hopkinsville led to drug charges for two Crofton men on August 17th.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they stopped a vehicle driven by 46-year-old Lawrence Mann for his license plate not being properly illuminated.
During the stop, a crystal-like substance was reportedly found between the driver seat and the center console that tested positive for meth along with more meth that was found near the vehicle’s engine.
Mann and his passenger 41-year-old Jonathan Bivins were both arrested and charged with trafficking meth. Mann was also charged with rear license plate not illuminated and instructional permit violations.
