A Hopkinsville man was charged Friday with assaulting his stepfather during an altercation on June 16th.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say during an argument 29-year-old Joe Brown Jr. struck his stepfather in the head with several objects including a vase and a table then damaged multiple items in the home, including punching holes in the walls.
He was arrested by Hopkinsville Police Friday on warrants for first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree assault, and non-payment of court costs.
