A Hopkinsville woman was charged with theft of identity after a disturbance on West 7th Street Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they responded behind the Subway for a disturbance and found 22-year-old Jalayshia Bussell and a female who was bleeding from her mouth.
Bussell reportedly gave officers someone else’s birthday and name but was found to have a wallet with her real identification card inside. She was found to have warrants for probation violation and failure to appear.
Bussell was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault, theft of identity, and giving officers false identifying information.
