A Crofton man was charged with possession of drugs after a traffic stop on South Virginia Street in Hopkinsville Monday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 41-year-old Jeremiah Maule was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation.
The driver reportedly gave consent to law enforcement to search the vehicle. Police say Maule told them he had defecated on himself when he stepped out of the vehicle.
After a search of his pockets, a glass pipe with suspected meth was reportedly found.
He was arrested and charged with possession of meth second offense.
