A wreck on Kentucky 115 in Oak Grove sent a woman to a Tennessee hospital Saturday morning.
Oak Grove emergency personnel say an SUV was southbound when it ran off the road, hit a culvert, and overturned before coming to a rest on its top.
The driver suffered a head injury and had to be extricated from the vehicle before she was taken by ambulance to a waiting helicopter that flew her to Skyline Medical Center.
Three others in the vehicle, including two children, were not injured in the crash.
