An Elkton man was charged with trafficking drugs after a traffic stop on East 9th Street in Hopkinsville Saturday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they stopped an SUV driven by 38-year-old Scott Blake due to his muffler, and during the stop, a bag of marijuana could be seen in the center console.
He reportedly tried to conceal the bag, but after a search of his belongings, the bag of marijuana, 2.2 grams of suspected meth, two pipes, and other drug paraphernalia were found.
He was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, trafficking meth, tampering with physical evidence, and inadequate silencer-muffler.
