A grant delivered by Kentucky Office of Ag Policy Director Brandon Reed will help make some needed improvements at the Western Kentucky State Fairgrounds in Hopkinsville.
Reed was in Hopkinsville Wednesday, September 11th, to present the grant to Fair Board President Brad Hewell and board member Kent Boyd.
