Salaries will be based on years of experience.
Shift differential for second and third shifts.
Out of state laterals will be eligible to receive kiefpf after state certification.
15 Floating Holidays a year
Vacation: 1st year-40 Hrs a year; 2-4 years – 80 Hrs. a year
Sick time – 8 hrs. a month
